It seems like the entire world has a choke-hold on “mindfulness” right? There is a reason for that. Too many people are too addicted to too much screen time. Remember the good ol’ times when phones were used for calling and talking to people? Seems like we don’t talk to one another all too much… and that goes for our romantic relationships as well.
